Not the hokey-pokey …

I am a singer living in an amazing town. Maleny. Great people – 148 of them turned up for the Chasing Ice film on Friday. In a small town like this that’s a lot of potential friends! I was a bit too busy on the tea and coffee to chat, but maybe another time.

At the Maleny Hospital there’s a blackboard at the kitchen/staff entrance. Today it said “it’s not what we have, but what we enjoy, that constitutes our abundance” Epicurus

Every worker in Maleny is a philosopher …

And the picture is from the top of Mount Beerwah where Clay and I camped one night just to see the sunrise. We had no idea that the shadow AWAY from the sun was the spectacular thing! Right to the horizon. What a moment.
