    and I just wrote on a new Senator’s f[book:

    …and remember much of Qld is short of water in the landscape. We need strong legislation to manage what we have in an ecologically sustainable way…yes, it’s a State issue, but the Great Artesian Basin, Lake Eyre, the Murray Darling, and the Great Barrier Reef have federal oversight.
